We want you to have your teeth for a lifetime. To that end, we commit to teaching you how to keep your teeth, gums and mouth healthy. No guilt-trips. No heavy-handedness. We'll simply show you how prevention is the key to making your dentist visits quick, painless and inexpensive.

The Doctor's In
When you've got a problem that requires immediate attention, call us. We commit to getting you comfortable as quickly as possible regardless of the hour. After hours and on weekends, Dr. Emrich can be reached at his home number, which is available on the office answering machine.
A Matter of Time
We feel that making you wait is disrespectful. Thus, we make a great effort to run our office on time. On the rare occasions that we must run late, we will call you to let you know in advance if at all possible. We ask for the same courtesy from you. If you cannot make a scheduled appointment, we require 48 hours notice so we can offer the time to someone else.
Dollars and Sense
We understand that money is a concern for every patient. We commit to offering you the most economical care available for your situation. For major dental work, we'll provide you with a treatment plan that estimates the cost, and we'll offer flexible financing arrangements whenever possible. The bottom line is we don't want money issues to damage the relationship between patient and dentist.

You are ultimately responsible for your dental bills. But we understand that insurance can be a hassle, and we commit to helping you work with your insurance company (if you have one) to pay its portion of the bills quickly. In most cases, we can file insurance forms for you if you bring your insurance information with you to the office. If you ever need us to supply dental records, or communicate in any way with your insurance company, please let us know. We're on your side.

To ensure that our office is safe for our patients and the dental staff, we have invested in the best disinfection system available. In addition, everyone on our staff is CPR-certified in case of emergencies.
