Since our inception over 50 years ago, Braco Window Cleaning Service has been a family owned and operated business. We attribute our growth (as the largest window cleaning service in the Tri-State area) to the pride and ideals of quality and service that a family-run business personifies. We have 40 full-time employees and a service fleet of 30 trucks, to provide prompt, courteous and personalized service.

The president and vice president manage and personally run all aspects of the company. You deal directly with the owners on "Free" estimates and all calls to our office. Call us for prompt attention to your window cleaning needs.

We have the personnel and specialized equipment to service all types of buildings: from High-Rise Buildings, Skylight glass and multi-story atriums, small office buidings and store front glass, as well as all your residential needs.

Our professional equipment, from step ladders to highly specialized scaffold equipment, is ANSI and OSHA approved, providing for the safety of our employees and peace of mind for our clients.
Providing a Safe Environment
To make sure we provide a safe working environment for both our employees and our clients, we have developed a safety program involving both employees and equipment. All employees must attend a monthly safety meeting where all aspects of equipment, procedures and Haz-Com are discussed. All equipment is inspected daily and /or according to the manufacturer's recommendation. Most of our High-Rise professional window cleaners have passed and are certified through the International Window Cleaning Association. All other employees are either in the process of passing the certification or waiting for the necessary on the job training hours to complete their certification process.

We will help develop and implement any paperwork needed to ensure that all specific safety programs are in place. We are well versed with the required 1910.66 OSHA code and ANSI I-14 for window cleaning. We can help with the development and implementation of these safety standards.

All employees are covered under our Liability insurance and Workman's Compensation specifically covers all work- two (2) floors and above and Employers Liability Insurance. All employees are also bonded for your peace of mind. Copies are available upon request.
