TICKET SCALPING IS ILLEGAL IN KENTUCKY
The state of Kentucky prohibits resale of a ticket in excess
of its face value for all entertainment events held in the state.
518.070 Ticket scalping: A person is guilty of ticket scalping when he intentionally sells or offers to sell a ticket to an event at a price greater than that charged at the place of admission or printed on the ticket, which is prohibited by Kentucky state law.
