C. Dean Furman is a former federal prosecutor who focused on white collar and health care criminal cases. Prior to being appointed as an Assistant United States Attorney, he worked in private practice representing insurance companies, health care providers, and Fortune 500 corporations. As a result, he has experience with how the government, insurance companies, and corporations analyze, settle, and try cases. He knows how prosecutors handle criminal cases and how HHS/CMS evaluate health care violations. Now, he puts this experience to work for clients in the private sector.
D. Sean Nilsen is a commercial and construction litigator with real world business experience as a contractor. With over a dozen years legal experience litigating complex commercial and construction matters, and in assisting companies in corporate and business matters, he can help solve your business and construction disputes.
A former law clerk to the Kentucky Supreme Court, Kristin M. Lomond is an experienced attorney working in the areas of personal injury, estate planning, and commercial litigation. She has worked extensively in dangerous product cases for both plaintiffs and defendants.
We handle cases in many areas of law, including personal injury litigation, automobile accidents, defective products and drugs, construction law, whistleblower lawsuits, commercial litigation, wills and estates, and criminal law.
