How are appointments for estimates scheduled?
Appointments are scheduled for Monday-Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., and Saturday between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., as available.

Do you provide concrete services in the winter months?
All concrete work must be done when the temperature is above 32ƒ. All other services are performed throughout the year.

Will my property be protected from concrete trucks and other equipment?
Yes. We use a Bobcat to remove and install all material, including concrete. No heavy equipment is used directly on your property.

Are you affiliated with any industry organizations?
We are an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau with an A+ rating, and an associate member of the Home Builder Association of Louisville.

Broom finish concrete is extremely durable and can add an artful addition to your home's exterior. A proper brushing technique is an art form and can give the concrete texture and reduce slips. Broom finish concrete is the most commonly used form in both residential and commercial construction. We ensure the durability of this product by using 3500 p.s.i. strength concrete mix with fiber mesh. Generally, the completely cured concrete is white in color; however, we offer a wide variety of additional colors. This process is virtually maintenance free. Generally, the cost for this process is $5.00 per square foot to complete any job over 1,000 square feet. Other costs may apply.

The process of exposing aggregate has been around since the 1900s. This decorative method offers numerous advantages including a rugged, non-skid surface resistant to extreme weather and heavy traffic. The process includes removing sand and cement from the surface, exposing the decorative aggregate. Different types and sizes of aggregate are available allowing for various color and texture variations. Exposed aggregate also provides a beautiful contrast with broom finish or other decorative treatments. Little maintenance is required other than occasional cleaning and sealing. Generally, the cost for this process is $6.00 per square foot to complete any job over 1,000 square feet. Other costs may apply.

Also known as patterned concrete, this process includes decoratively stamping concrete to resemble slate, brick, tile, etc. It is often used to enhance the look of driveways, patios, entries, courtyards, porches, steps, and pool decks. There are many color and pattern options and this process is often blended with other decorative concrete elements such as exposed aggregate. Much like conventional concrete, when properly sealed and maintained, stamped concrete can last for decades and provide a beautiful element to the landscape. Generally, the cost for this process is $14.00 to $16.00 per square foot to complete any job over 1,000 square feet. Other costs may apply, including costs for selected colors and patterns.

Custom concrete provides a unique option for individual taste. Various concrete methods can be blended for a personalized look to the landscape. Brick paver overlays and other custom additions are also available. Our team can assist you with your design questions and options.

Decorative stone retaining walls offer dimension and architecture in your landscape and create a timeless method of making boundaries, leveling a sloped surface, and adding to the beauty of your landscape. Stones are offered in a variety of shapes, sizes, and colors. Proper building techniques, including installation for sufficient drainage, are imperative to ensure the effect and longevity of a retaining wall.

As with any of our retaining walls, proper building techniques, including installation for sufficient drainage to reduce the risk of damage from hydraulic pressure, are imperative to ensure the effect and longevity of a retaining wall.

We offer garage construction in either wood frame or concrete block. Unlike many of our competitors, we do not do monolithic pours - pouring the concrete footer and the concrete floor in a single pour. Rather, the concrete footer and concrete floor are poured separately. The structure sits on the footer rather than on the floor. This method keeps the structure independent from the structure floor allowing for proper load capacity. Strength of our structures includes the use of a 3/4" plywood roof, steel I-beams for door headers, and 2' by 2' footers re-enforced with 3 rows of ½' rebar. Generally, the cost for a 24' by 24' garage is approximately $16,000.00. Other costs may apply.

Clean parking lots, sidewalks and entries allow you remain "open for business" and directly serve the needs of your clients and customers. Our snow removal team is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Contracts for services are available.
