Hello. Welcome to Maginnis Law Office. My name is Ninamary Buba Maginnis. I am an attorney licensed to practice law in both Kentucky and Indiana. With more than a decade of legal experience, I have handled hundreds of cases, ranging from simple traffic matters to catastrophic personal injury matters and tax problems.
We have one mission: Protecting your rights under the law. To succeed in our mission, we work relentlessly to find a resolution to our clients' legal problems. I am a 2005 graduate of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College, a unique and intense training program designed to teach trial lawyers how to best represent injured clients.
To keep abreast of pressing issues in tax, personal injury, and civil rights matters, I belong to such national organizations as the American Bar Association; American Association for Justice; and the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers. I adhere to standards set forth in the Kentucky Bar Association and Indiana Bar Association.
