Harding, Shymanski & Company, P.S.C. is making leadership changes effective January 1, 2011. Trudy Stock, Vice President of Outsourcing, will succeed Stephen Titzer as President and Chief Executive Officer. Steve has been elected Chairman of the Board.
“Trudy has a comprehensive understanding of our business, our clients and our communities,” Steve said. “She will do an outstanding job leading the firm, and this transition will be seamless for our clients.”
Trudy has been with the firm since 1985. During her 25 years of service, she has developed new lines of service and managed key areas of the firm. In addition to continuing as a member of the outsourcing department, she will manage operations, ensure quality and lead the focus on client service.
In the capacity of Chairman of Harding, Shymanski & Company, P.S.C., Steve will continue to be active in the business on a full-time basis. He will lead advisory services and continue to serve clients as a member of the auditing and accounting department. Steve has been with Harding, Shymanski & Company, P.S.C. since 1976 and has served as CEO for the last 15 years.
We looks forward to continuing our 35-year tradition of providing quality accounting, tax and consulting services under the leadership of Trudy Stock.
