Comprehensive treatment may consist of a variety of exercise programs, modalities and procedures designed to increase motion, modulate pain and most importantly, restore function. The patient is always involved in an active exercise program both in therapy and at home to hasten recovery. The patient will be educated in ways to avoid recurrence of the problem.
