The Joint Commission will conduct a re-accreditation survey of Kentucky Dermatology & Skin Cancer Clinic, OBS, PSC within the next three months. The purpose of the survey is to evaluate the practice's compliance with the nationally established Joint Commission standards. The survey results will be used to determine whether, and the conditions under which, re-accreditation should be awarded to the practice.
Anyone believing that they have pertinent and valid information about the quality of care issues and the safety of the environment in which care is provided may request an interview.
If anyone has concerns about patient care and safety in the organization, that the organization has not addressed, you are encouraged to contact the organization's management.
