Not sure what you need for your event? Try these definitions of available tent and seating styles:
Straight-line profile, free-standing (stakes or ballast weights only required to keep tent from moving or shifting). Frame tents can be set and leveled (adjustable height legs) on any surface, unobstructed interior (no center poles), limited perimeter involvement makes frame tents perfect for closer quarters (they can be pushed up and connected to a home or building), easy adaptability to expansion or connection to another frame tent or existing structure.
Banquet Style Seating
Sit down dinner w/oblong tables - requires approximately 8 sq. ft. per person.
Push pole design with center poles and all-around perimeter tensioning with guy lines and stakes (pole tents must be staked and require approximately 5 of space beyond the dimensions of your tent for guy lines and staking). Similar in construction to a circus tent.
Typically involves a sit-down dinner w/round tables - required approximately 10 sq. ft. per person.
Non-engineered lightweight pole tent perfect for shade.
Classroom Style Seating
Forward facing chairs. Tables are end to end. Divide sq. ft. of st udent seating area by 8 to determine needs.
Theater or Cathedral Seating
Seating typically in rows with one or two aisles available for foot traffic.
