Customer Appreciation Day
September 11th is the date set for us to show thanks to all of our customers who have been here through this year. We are going to prove our thanks in a big way. For starters our chef is going to be roasting a pig for this little luau (6-8pm). He will also have several other dishes including potato salad and dessert. To wrap up an evening of fun we have the parrot head band "Conch Republic" coming on to the Lee's Ford Party Dock. The live music will be from 8-11pm. By the time that we finish the evening the only difference you will notice is that the roosters became ducks.

Work Resumes on the Dam
In an article released in the Commonwealth Journal on August 27th the Corp of Engineers have authorized for construction of the Wolf Creek Dam to continue. It has been on hold since March while test were being conducted. They reported no change in the expected completion date of December 2012. You can read the full article here.
