Tonys has been doing business in the same location for over twenty years. In this time our commitment to provide quality workmanship at a fair price has earned us an excellent reputation in the Kentucky-Indiana area. In fact many of our customers are repeat customers. And as we continue to expand our business, our customers continue return for the same quality repairs they expect from Tonys. And with our new 13,000 square foot facility and our existing 12,000 square foot facility we can provide service for many more customers and much larger vehicles.

As with many smaller businesses our goal here at Tonys is complete customer satisfaction. We have no problem reaching our goal because of our commitment to fulfilling our customers every need. We do this by determining exactly what the customers requirements are before we begin repairs and making sure we have met those requirements before the customer leaves our shop with their vehicle.

Our shops total over 26,000 square feet and houses a parts room, 2 frame racks, 2 spray booths and bake oven, in addition to body repair areas and vehicle clean up areas. We have a lighted, fenced storage area for vehicles awaiting repair approval.
The newest shop has an open floor plan that has enough open area to house several large vehicles at one time. This includes, campers, buses, dump trucks and semis (including the trailers!). It also contains our PermaTech spray in bed liner booth.
Tonys utilizes state of the art computers, estimating software and shop management software to track all estimates and repairs through the entire repair process. This software allows us to track parts, labor, communications with insurance companies and customers, and all customer, vehicle and insurer information. It also gives us the ability to know instantly what stage a vehicle is in. This computer network extends throughout both shops, so that no matter where we are when a customer inquires about a vehicles status we have the answer right in front of us.

All of this combined gives Tonys the ability to increase productivity and overall customer satisfaction while allowing us to keep our prices competitive.
