Education and Background
I attended the University of Kentucky and received a degree in Business Administration. From there, I went on to receive my Juris Doctor from the University Of Louisville Brandeis School of Law in 1989.

After law school, I was a staff attorney for the Supreme Court of Kentucky working directly under the Honorable Charles Leibson, one of the most noted and respected Jurists in the history of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Later, I was a prosecutor and was involved in well over 100 criminal trials over a three-year span. Since then, I have been concentrating on the practice of personal injury law, medical malpractice, nursing home neglect and wrongful death litigation.
