This curriculum, based on nationally and internationally recognized methods, is used for evaluating and placing students in their proper levels. Many of her students have gone on to be professional performers and dance instructors. Others have won national high point awards and have received full scholarships to New York City and other professional dance companies. Two of her students are currently Rockettes in New York City. Another student presently has the leading role as Ariel in Walt Disney World.
About the Studio...
The studio is very active in Kentucky as well as travelling all over the country with our dance troupe. We recently competed and took classes in New York City, and performed at the Statue of Liberty. Our dancers have also studied and performed in Disney World, Las Vegas, Myrtle Beach, Chicago and on the Royal Caribbean Cruise Line. We have performed for over 20 years on the local Crusade for Children telethon, the Diamond Derby Celebrity Gala, in Disney World and Universal Studios, the Kentucky State Fair, on the television show, "Louisville Tonight", Kings Island, the Coca-Cola Talent Competition and the Louisville Zoo. We are the Mike Linnigs Pepsi Entertainers and also perform for many local organizations, nursing homes, hospitals, malls and other events.
A Legacy of Champions
We have developed National Champions since 979. We offer performing Arts Troup plus all levels of dance classes including special needs. In addition, we teach solos, duets and trios. Diane and her staff were featured in the April 2008 and May 2009 Dance Teacher Magazine. We would appreciate the chance to teach your child and hope that we can influence them in a positive and helpful way for the rest of the or lives. Children are a precious gift and we strive to make them successful.
Special thanks to all performers, staff, parents, and all of those who helped make our 2010 Kentucky State Fair performances a huge success!
