Grace Episcopal Church, organized in 1830, is the second oldest church in the Diocese of Kentucky. Noted for its liturgical traditions, our diverse congregation seeks to fulfill its mission through serving the community.
Grace Church is open to newcomers and visitors and to all who are seeking a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ. Grace Church is Eucharistically centered and represents the broad liturgical tradition of the Episcopal Church. It is a parish where people are drawn to know Christ and to make Christ known.
The parish has been characterized by dedicated lay leadership which continues in the church today. Grace Church reaches out to the community through outreach ministry and in special programs that enrich the life of Hopkinsville.
On Sundays, the Holy Eucharist is celebrated at 9:30 a.m. A nursery is available for infants ages three and under. A Childrens Chapel meets during the middle of the service where children from ages four through twelve hear the gospel lesson in age appropriate context, sing, and work together on crafts. The Childrens Chapel group rejoins the 9:30 a.m. Eucharist at the Peace. The Sunday Forum meets at 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on Sundays during the school year providing Christian formation opportunities for teenagers and adults.
Grace Episcopal would like to extend a special welcome to the Soldiers and Family Members of Fort Campbell.
